We are very much familiar with recent multi-billion acquisition of popular messaging app WhatsApp by social networking giant facebook.
Facebook on other hand is loosing its charm on web, Mark trying hard to jump in to popular Mobile market to survive this social networking battle. With a billion dollar acquisition of Instagram then so rumored failed 4 billion dollar acquisition of Snapchat and now WhatsApp. Once upon a time Facebook was a great idea but its just a matter of luck to get such idea unless you’re a genius and believe me they have no idea so survive this mobile battle and that’s why they’re buying the popular ones which are doing really good. People at WhatsApp had an opportunity to choke down this giant to become the next definition of internet success.
On final note I conclude, WhatsApp had a triumph which they lost for a shooting star, the one without a permanent scar.
